It involves tapping into the talent of your organisation, and pulling on the levers that are available to you to create sustainable change. Levers like your people, processes, and systems.
Focus your attention on these and the desired outcomes will follow. In fact, as a performance consultant, I target processes before outcomes.

I turned Life Leisure – a charitable trust operating 13 leisure services across the North West – from a £3.5m organisation to a £14m one.
Under my leadership, we won 24 awards. Including the Transformational Leadership Award and the Outstanding Individual of the Year Award at the UKActive Training Awards ceremony. We were also named Medium-Sized Employer of the Year.
