I’m a former international athlete, a Master’s degree holder, an award-winning business leader, a storyteller, an author, a leadership coach, an adviser, and a public speaker.
At 13 I learnt a valuable lesson. I realised I could choose to take control of my own life. From that moment, I went on to achieve remarkable accolades in sport and business.
I’m an ordinary guy who’s achieved extraordinary things.
As a teenager I was winning athletics titles. As a young adult I was a PE teacher. And throughout the rest of my life, I’ve been trailblazing my way through the leisure sector as an award-winning business leader.
There’s no better proof of what I’m able to help you to achieve, than my unrivalled list of credentials.
Typically, my services tend to fall into three categories: consultancy, coaching, or speaking.
As an expert in operational, cultural, and strategic development – I work with a variety of teams and individuals in both sport and business environments.
My clients have a desire to reach their maximum potential and make a difference. And that’s where I come in.
As a former international athlete, and an award-winning leader within the global leisure sector, I work with individuals, teams, and organisations grappling with issues they believe are insurmountable.
Whether you’re in a sporting or business environment, I’ll help you to achieve the kind of success you never believed you or your teams were capable of.
An expert in operational, cultural, and strategic development.
